- Replace water filter every 60 days.
Care
- Wipe housing clean with damp cloth.
- Capsule holder, drip tray, drip tray plate and funnel are top-rack dishwasher safe.
- Clean inside water reservoir as necessary with damp, lint-free cloth.
- For optimal performance, descale brewer every 3–6 months. When Brew/Cancel button flashes quickly 3 times after machine is turned on, it is time to descale.

It was not my best purchase.

I bought this coffee machine, but I am having problems, it does not make coffee and only comes out a lot of steam when preparing coffee.

The worst coffee machine I have ever purchased

I just bought this machine today. I plugged it in and it didn't stop blinking. It didn't brew a cup of coffee or anything for that matter. Non-responsive. I called Cuisinart and they told me it was defective and it needed to be returned back to the store. I asked if they would be willing to send me a replacement if I send this one back to them. The answer was no.

Not great

I received this as a housewarming gift a month ago, but now it just keeps blinking and won’t brew. I tried to reach out to support, but they’re having technical difficulties, so I can’t submit an inquiry for help.

Excellent product

I had been a Keurig, fan for years. And, then I found the Cuisinart Soho Maker. It is an great single cup machine, makes an excellent cup of coffee and I was able to use my refill dispenser out of my old Keurig.

Just blinks, won't brew

Bought this and did the descaling first, but now the light just blinks and it runs 2oz cold water through the machine. Won't brew coffee.

Soho best single cup

The Cuisinart Soho coffee maker has been perfect. It’s easy to use, it looks good, it’s quiet, and it makes great coffee. I almost left it at the store because of some bad reviews online. I’m very glad I went ahead and bought it. Some reviewers complained about the flashing light on the front. Well, when your coffee is done just take it. Don’t touch anything otherwise and there will be no flashing light. I recommend it completely.
