Always hot!

Had one for years and when we needed to replace, this is the only coffee maker we would consider. Always hot!

Not a well thought out machine

Not a very well planned out machine. If you have anything bigger than a standard coffee cup, it won't fit under the pour spout. I have to pull the machine to the edge of the counter to use my travel mug. The filter basket has a handle to pull it from the tank and when you go to empty the coffee grounds, the filter gets stuck on the handle and coffee grounds get everywhere. The water tank is about the only thing good on this machine as you don't have to pour water into it, just take it to the sink and fill it. The coffee tank itself, needs to be removed and rinsed out otherwise, you will have stale coffee sitting in it until the next pot. Not impressed at all, so much that we returned it

This is the second time I have bought this same coffee maker- the first one lasted 9 years! We love it- gets the job done and looks fancier than it is

Greatest drip coffee maker ever

This is my favorite coffee maker of all time. I purchased my first unit of this type in 2007, and it worked perfectly for 18 years. The newer model I purchased as a replacement has some improved features, including a detachable water reservoir and an integrated light that illuminates the cup as brewed coffee is being dispensed. I especially like the internal carafe that holds and dispenses the brewed coffee. It practically eliminates any evaporation while keeping the coffee hot for hours. The unit is easy to operate and clean after use.

This is a repeat purchase. It's our favorite coffee maker and I have also purchased them as gifts since several guests have remarked on how great it is.

Wish I could have given 5 stars

This is the best reservoir coffee makers for getting and keeping coffee piping hot for 4 hours without burning it. I love the lighted push bar dispenser. It would absolutely have rated it 5 stars but for the evaporating on the lid that causes the water to drip back outside the coffee filter area. I put a folded up paper towel to catch it but it's a pain. Otherwise I'd given it 5 stars, it makes a great cup of coffee.

Great machine

This is our 3rd one of this coffee maker. We love the carafe-less style. The reason we have to get a new one after about 3 years is that the unit turns off when done brewing. All of them have done this. This newest one starts brewing when we set it to brew in the morning. Turn it off, turn the dial away then back to delayed brew and it's fine. So far. This is a great machine otherwise.

Not a day's rest!

We love that there is no pot to worry about. It fits all of our cups, mugs and travel cups. It's also great that it is programable and has a timed shut off. This is the 2nd one we have owned. We don't give it a day's rest. Some days we make 2 pots. Highly recconend
