Use & Care
Care
- Clean the filter basket, filter, carafe and carafe lid after each use in hot, sudsy water.
- Wipe the appliance's exterior surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove stains.
- Use a damp cloth to gently wipe the warming plate. Never use an abrasive cleaner to clean it.
- When the user keeps the power cord plugged into a 120V/60HZ power supply outlet and continuously brew 250 cycles, "CLEAN" will appear in display and remind user to start the clean function. Once clean function is complete, "CLEAN" will disappear and you can make the coffee again.

Disappointing

Nice looking fast but coffee isn’t good and filter doesn’t work well I tried paper filters too but the coffee is weak and I use the correct amount I’m going to try using more than recommended but I shouldn’t have to . Coffee has a taste of metal even after prepping the pot as instructed

It's a little too soon to write a review I just started using it/ So far I like it!

Inconsistent heating

Inconsistent heating. Really could be warmer. Also it is near impossible to replace the cone filter. Had to go to paper filters as I am unable to find a suitable replacement for the original. Odd size. Would not buy another.

Williams-Sonoma coffeemaker

I love the style and quality of this coffeemaker and this is our third one from WS. However, unlike the others, this one has an issue with the top lid, which pops open when you remove and return the glass pot to the warming base. Its not a huge deal but never had this happen before with other coffeemakers.

I like it because it’s smaller than other coffee makers and makes great coffee! I use the paper filters and like it better

Nice coffee maker, cord could be a little bit longer to accommodate electric outlet issues in a small kitchen.
