    Use & Care

    Use

    • For use with #4 paper filters.
    • Use of permanent wire mesh filters is not recommended.

    Care

    • Clean exterior of brewer regularly with moist cloth. Wipe dry.
    • After each use, hand-wash brew basket and glass carafe with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly. 
    • Regularly descale brewer to maintain optimal performance and warranty.
    • Do not submerge brewer in liquid.

    Amazed and Love it...

    This coffee maker is amazing. I have not owned a coffee maker in over 10 years. I was never happy with the selection that was out there but when I was told about the Moccamaster I just had to try it and it has lived up to its reputation. Easy to clean, HOT coffee and very stylish on the counter. I also bought the coffee grinder and WOW it is outstanding... I am a big fan.

    We Love our New Coffee Maker

    After visiting a friend, who has had the Moccamaster for 15 years, we decided to get one. We love coffee and I usually make 1-2 pots a day. I noticed the quality of the coffee was much better than our other coffee maker. Even though it doesn't have a preset timer for brew, it really doesn't take long at all to make a pot. I love that it automatically will shut off and that you can control the temperature in the carafe once made. It took me a few days to get used to the different design but after making several pots I feel like a pro.

    Garbage

    Absolute garbage. I had one a few years and loved it, so I replaced it with a newer model, that only works when it feels like it. Highly not recommended.

    Best coffeemaker ever!

    Love my coffee again! I have been searching for a coffee maker that simply makes good hot coffee. No other bells and whistles. I stopped by Williams-Sonoma in Winter Park, FL and an associate there introduced me to the Moccamaster. Went home researched it some more and decided to buy it. It is simple to operate and produces coffee at a hot temperature which is what other models do not. It also has a very modern simple design and many colors to choose from. Very happy with this coffeemaker.
