Don’t buy it if you want hot coffee

Well, this maker makes good coffee. It’s never hot. I have it on the highest setting and if you put cream in your coffee, forget it I have to actually eat my cream up to make a cup of coffee that’s hot in the mornings very inconvenient. Makes a decent cup of coffee, but the coffee is lukewarm at best. If you add anything to it constantly heating my coffee up in the microwave such a disappointment I really I really wanted to love this machine

Works well and it's easy to use. I don't want to drink coffee from any place else, because I love the coffee that this machine makes!

Cumbersome and tiresome return process

Product delivered was open and damaged. Return process has taken 2 weeks for the product to be received by WS. Now I'm told the replacement can't begin until the return gets processed which can take 3 to 10 business days. Very poor problem solving capabilities given to customer service reps who are clearly bottom of the pecking order with little authority to do anything other than read from a script and research lengthy online manuals to answer questions they aren't prepared for.

This espresso machine is amazing! I primarily use it for iced coffee, and it comes out perfect every time. It is easy to use and clean. I would highly recommend this machine.
