- Can be used with #2 paper filter.
Care
- Always turn off and unplug machine before cleaning.
- Carafe, lid and filter basket are top-rack dishwasher safe.
- Wipe base clean with damp cloth.
- Clean inside water reservoir as necessary using damp, lint-free cloth.
- Periodically decalcify machine for best performance. Frequency will depend on hardness of tap water and how often coffee maker is used. See user manual for details.

Quality Manufacturing

Quality materials used in manufacturing. Design seems over thought, not clear why the water well needs a slanted insert. Disappointed that the burner shuts off after 30 minutes. The enclosed instructions are a wasted expense, online manual much more comprehensive. Wish it came with a metal carafe.

new purchase and i really like my soho a LOT ! it's a very clever design from reliable mftr. small size fits in my limited counter space and i prefer a glass carafe. i did not have any messy spills from pouring; maybe the carafe design was improved. i do however, fill the carafe with water and transfer over to water reservoir in the coffee maker; no struggling with water in reservoir etc. i would recommend checking the online manual from mftr. you can zoom in on charts and see exactly what's going on more than carton enclosed manual. two suggested improvements: 1-make the "no off" button feature more clear in instructions. it's a bit confusing. 2- make paper OR metal mesh filter more clear also in instructions. i did not have a problem using both, but only filled to 4-cup. Great cup of coffee

Great Basic Coffee Maker

Covers all the basics and makes a great cup of coffee. Easy to clean and operate. Keeps coffee warm for 30+ min after as well, which I appreciate.

Would have been cheaper to buy Starbucks 10X

I have used this about 10 times and it already is not working. It just blinks at me. Have cleaned everything. Made sure nothing is blocking anything. Water filled to appropriate level. Coffee grounds filled to appropriate level. Powered on and off. Still just blinks at me like it’s laughing at me for making such a stupid purchase.

In trying to stop using a Keurig, I found this perfect 4 cup coffee maker. It comes with a scoop so you can never over portion your grounds. It also has a water guide to put the right amount in ever time. It works well with my decor and looks great in my coffee bar. The only thing I would change is putting a timer on it.

Worst

This is the worst coffee maker ever. Every detail of the design is horrible. The design ensures there are grounds in every pot you make, the carafe spills coffee when you pour and now after owning for a mere 5 months I can't get the thing to brew a cup of coffee.

Great 5 cups coffee maker! Water reservoir fills easy and yes you have to be careful pouring your coffee when it's done, to avoid spilling.
