    Use & Care

    Care

    • Allow machine to cool completely before cleaning.
    • Do not place any part of machine in dishwasher.
    • Hand-wash water reservoir, drip tray and disposal tray. Air-dry or towel-dry.
    • Wipe down exterior with included microfiber cloth and nonabrasive cleaner.
    • Follow instructions in manual to clean coffee brewer, service area and coffee grinder chute.
    • Hard water can cause mineral buildup on internal components. This can cause a change in coffee taste, brewing temperature and brewing flow. To avoid this, descale coffee maker at least once per month. For best results, follow descaling instructions in manual.

    Product was sold to me as New but refurbished

    Terrible company and terrible product. I bought this brand new. I have the receipt to prove where it says new six months and it stopped working I did the troubleshooting in the manual. It said to call because it wasn’t processing the beans and grinding them and then when I called and gave them the information on the appliance, they told me it was refurbished and was not under warranty so I was sold something as new that was not after contacting support. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard a word from them. I was planning on remodeling my kitchen and using their appliances, but after this, I’ll just go with a better company.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Espresso machine. So easy to use compared to my manual Breville. Coffee comes out perfect every time. I do wish the waste container held more. You have to empty that frequently. However minor. The app is super easy to use. Plenty of different size options for coffee.

    Fabulous!

    This is my second time purchasing this product (first one fell victim to my daughter playing tennis with the VR headset) and I am so happy to have it back! It is very user friendly. I love having the grinder included, my coffee tastes so fresh! I like being able to use my app to customize My Cup. I also like that I don’t have to worry and keep up with things (descaling, adding water, emptying waste, adding beans) and that it alerts me. Cleaning it is also a simple process. Overall as long as I don’t run into any issue with this second machine I highly recommend, makes the perfect cup!

    An excellent value espresso machine

    I had another brand that looked just like this and it was 2 years of frustration. But this makes delicious coffee and is easy to clean and it was 60% less expensive than my previous automatic. The milk frother is just okay- becasue i loved high foamy milk and this is warm and semi frothy. The taste however is great and i have had an espresso machine of some sort for 25 years and this matches any barista taste in my opinion!
