Piece of garbage. So pretty but broken after 4 years. The fridge doesn’t keep cold. Every shelf has broken once.

Do not waste your money on SMEG

Do not waste your money on this. It is the lowest quality refrigerator you can buy. We had the cooling system fail within a year of purchase. The company we bought it from somehow got us a replacement. The replacement failed a year later. Neither issue was fixable and now after 2 years we are out of the warrantee period. Besides that, the plastic molding cracked in several spots under very light use. We bought this because it looks great, but now completely regret the purchase. You have been warned.

Beautiful piece of JUNK!

I love the way this refrigerator looks! However, it only worked for a few years before it stopped cooling. Smeg service barely responds when you try to contact them and I could not find any local service companies that would work on this brand. Check other reviews online before buying this product, Smeg refrigerators only work for a few years before they fail and you will not be able to get it fixed.

MY BEATUFUL 2022 fAB 32 WORKS GREAT THE HANDLES HAVE TARISHED (BADLEY) AND THEY WILL NOT CLEAN JUST LOOKS TERRIBLE! I CAN'T GET HELP FROM SMEG OR WILLIAMAS SONOMA. A $4,000 refrigerator should be quality, I'm disappointed, I wanted one for years and finally got one, sadly disappointed with both companies.

Buyer beware

The Smeg refrigerator we purchase from Williams Sonoma in 2019 has not been maintaining a cool temperature and we cannot find anyone to work on it. None of the reputable appliance repair companies will repair a Smeg.

No, I would not recommend Smeg

I bought this Smeg refrigerator September 2018, today is May 2022, it stopped cooling over a month ago and since then Smeg customer service is non existent. No response to emails. No follow up calls. Just the worst customer service. And no warranty! Go with a better appliance company.

Refrigerator is amazing, but delivery was not!

This refrigerator is simply beautiful. It’s more beautiful in real life than the pictures and is sleek and efficient. Unfortunately, delivery of it from Williams Sonoma was not. Not only was delivery a month after originally scheduled (which given Covid might be forgivable) but that while white glove experience they claim, disappeared on delivery day. The third party delivery company in person and then over the phone advised these particular delivery persons could only “drop off” the box! Not unpack, not bring inside, not hook up or set up, but to leave the refrigerator on the driveway. I literally had to “bribe” with $100 to bring it inside and take the box away—and when I called Williams Sonoma, I got an “I’m sorry.” Do yourself a favor and buy this beautiful fridge from Wayfair or anywhere else!

Beautiful & functional but one dissapointing issue

I bought this fridge in march and it wasn't delivered until July. The delivery guy didn't bring a fridge dolly so I had to wait another three days for them to return. But the main issue that I am trying to solve is the upper part (the fridge) seals so tight that it take a grown adult all their might to open the door. It's ridiculous and embarrassing when hosting guests. I've tried applying paraffin wax to the seal so it's not a tight vacuum but it has not worked.

Best small kitchen Frig

I bought this refrigerator over a 1 year ago as a housewarming gift for my son. He purchased a 2 bedroom midcentury modern style home that had a very small kitchen. This refrigerator fit perfect, is gorgeous and updated his kitchen with a touch of Italian elegance. He selected the blue color: it is more beautiful in reality than the online photo. It is a perfect size refrigerator freezer for 1 or 2 people or as an extra refrigerator in a small space. I would definitely purchase another one of these beauties
