- Do not operate toaster without crumb trays in place.
Care
- Wipe exterior clean with damp cloth.
- Clean out crumb trays regularly. Push to unlock, then pull to slide out and empty. Press tray back in until it clicks into position.

Bad service

I ordered a black 4x4 Smeg Toaster. WS delivered a white one. I returned it, WS canceled the ordered and reinstated a new order for a black toaster, BUT, delivered a white one, again.
