A piece of junk

I have had nothing but problems with this machine ! What a disappointment . Spent a lot of money on a machine that I can’t even use because it keeps breaking down . From the day I plugged it in it was broken and Jura wants to send me a a refurbished one and not replace it with a new one . I would never recommend Jura to anyone !!!

Unacceptable quality

Within 1 week, I received 2 damaged Giga 10 machines. The first one leaked water from the bottom and wouldn’t fill and release water through the spout. The 2nd arrived with the back of the machine falling off. This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE for a $5500 coffee machine.

Exceptional Coffee Machine

For years we've been searching for a machine that would allow us to create coffee drinks based on different proportions of caffeinated vs. caffeinated coffee beans. This machine has made it easy. The number of coffee drink options (cold & hot) that the Giga 10 offers is amazing. Also, Jura has done an exceptional job in maintaining the machine clean at all times with automatic cleaning cycles as well as reminders for cleaning milk and so on. I admit it was pricey, but it is a high-class machine to have, which makes a non-barista like me, produce great coffee drinks each time.

Not Worth The Money

Machine leaks. No customer service they do not answer their phones, cannot get any help. Also, I was advised that company is going out of business!

Its too expensive

This machine is quite fancy and allows users to explore a variety of coffee recipes, which is exciting. However, I struggle to understand why it is so expensive. I initially thought it was made from some special material, but I found out that the exterior is actually plastic. Aside from the two grinders and the computer interface for selecting the type of drink you want, I don’t see what justifies the high cost. You can get the same coffee recipes from a more affordable machine and pair it with separate grinders for a total price that is significantly lower than this one. Unless there’s some hidden feature in the machine that I’m not aware of, I would recommend considering other affordable options that would probably offer better value for the price. Nonetheless, I do appreciate the experience this machine provided in introducing me to such wonderful coffee recipes.

Best of the best

After eyeing this beast of a machine for over a year, we finally made the leap last fall. We have owned it for a year and had had no issues. It makes a DELICIOUS cup of coffee! We honestly don’t enjoy coffee anywhere else. I go to bed each night excited to wake up and have my cup of coffee!
