    When it works....

Don't waste your money. This product is great when it works. Try braising or using manual and it "preheats" for over an hour sometimes before starting the timer and its just boiling the food while it's doing it! Causing it to lose broth etc. Have to send it in to fix it, it's so heavy and awkward to package not worth the headache

    Amazingly Wonderful!🏆

Perfection!! Cracking up at people saying it rusted. Learn about cast iron. Its simple and amazing. The picture of the awful pot just absolutely abused that poor thing. ;) Mine is a good 5 years going strong. I came on here to find a rubber replacement Foot and saw these awful reviews and had to weigh in. Buy it. You'll love it.

    Seasoning and Unlimited Uses

I love this slow cooker. It comes preseasoned and I have found it does need seasoning regularly. We use it all the time! I saute our bacon and onion before turning it to slow cook for our beans. So useful and easy to use!

    Rusty lid

So disappointed! After only three uses the inside of the lid was rusted all along the edges.

    disappointing performance/not long-lasting

I bought this slow cooker because I trust All Clad to be one of the best manufacturers in kitchen products and this one looks to be made exclusively for William Sonoma, which I also trust. But this product has a 2 year warranty, and after 2 years and 1 week, mind totally died -- it just doesn't go on anymore. While I like all clad products and have many, I would never purchase another all clad slow cooker. It was very expensive (about $250) and certainly not worth it.

Not great as a slow cooker

I typically LOVE All-clad, I have quite a few items by them and have never been disappointed. That isn’t true of this purchase. It takes forever to get anything cooked, and even when cooking all day it’s not as tender and fall apart like my standard cheap crockpot. I was hoping to replace my existing crockpot and be able to use this for braising etc. Don’t waste your money…

    Not TypicAll-Clad

Extremely heavy and size limited. Insert will rust easily if left even slightly wet. We dont use it that often but care for it very well. Despite the good care, my wife noted the interior bottom lining "chipping" away. No longer can use. Very poor quality and expectation from All-Clad. For money spent, i think you can get better quality for less. The high price tag is more for its "appearance" and not quality or function.

    No way.

Terrible. I could not even lift the pan it was so heavy. I have put in for a return but have not had a response. You need to advertise that the cast iron pot is super heavy and list the pounds.

Absolutely LOVE this. My new favorite appliance

I asked for this for Christmas, but finally used it for the first time last week. I loved it so much, I used it 3 days in a row.The cast iron is my favorite part. I’m a huge fan of cast iron cooking. Being able to move this from the stovetop to the base is an awesome feature. I do a lot of cooking, and I’m sure I will be putting this to the test!!

Worst kitchen appliance I have ever purchased

I have used this a whopping two times and the outer edge of the lid has rusted over. This is the second time this has happened as well as the first time it happened I had the pot I had purchased exchanged for a new one. I cannot believe this is an All-Clad product nor that it costs as much as it does for a poorly made enameled cast iron.
