    • Allow dough remnants to dry before cleaning with included brush.
    • Polish with soft, dry cloth.
    • Use light mineral oil to lubricate.
    • Never immerse in water or other liquids.

    I feel like I’m an Italian now!

    Pasta roller

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Homemade pasta tastes so much better than shop bought dried pasta. A little more advice on how to use the rollers would be appreciated. Tried videos and written info which was great. Luckily I had used a hand roller before. Didn’t knead the pasta by machine as I prefer to mix and knead by hand.
