    the copper is too bright

    It looks good, but the copper is much brighter than the photo appeared. Your email said I couldn't return/exchange. I'm hoping I can find someone who likes it. I suppose I'd prefer brushed copper. Brushed brass would surely look less obvious. Other than that, it has appeal.

    Disappointing

    I bought this toaster to replace an inexpensive toaster that wasn't working well. I had researched for quite a while and settled on the Haden Dorset. On the day I made my purchase, Williams Sonoma had an open box toaster available for a discounted price, so I bought it. I've used the toaster four times and am very disappointed. I have the dial set to the darkest toasting option and it takes THREE tries to get any browning at all. I don't want to babysit my toast when I'm getting ready in the morning, and spent more on a toaster with the hopes of getting a better quality product which didn't happen. Since this was an open box, I can't even return it. I wish WS would test open box products to be sure they work as expected before selling them or allow returns of defective items. This was a complete waste of money and I'll be shopping elsewhere in the future due to the poor customer service I've received today.

    Looks greats but makes just ok toast

    This toaster looks great but my only issue with this is that unless you have the setting set to the highest level the toast doesn’t toast dark enough
