- Metal housing will get hot during use. Do not touch with bare hands. Use handle to open.
- Use tongs or heat-safe utensil to remove food.

- Waffle plates are dishwasher safe.
- Wipe housing clean with damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.

Waffle Maker Requires Cooking Spray

This waffle maker has good cooking features. However, it does not perform as advertised when it comes to having non-stick surfaces. If you buy it, please keep in mind that you will need to use cooking spray to ensure your waffles don't stick to the plates. I'd advise that Green Pan include a disclaimer in the product description to correctly inform potential buyers.

Love it! The changeable plates, dishwasher safe and the ability to choose darkness and fluffiness…awesome. We bought 3. One for each of our kids and ourselves. Everyone in the family loves this waffle maker.

Fantastic

We make a large variety of different plant based recipes. A few of the recipes use a thin batter which makes removal more of a peel off but, thick or thin, none of the recipies have stuck to the pan.

Sleek and Easy Design

This waffle maker is compact and perfect for an apartment. I’ve used it a few times now and it is super easy to use and the waffles come out perfect every time! Really easy to clean as well. Highly recommend!

Lower Your Expectations

The instruction manual sucks (e.g. how to do waffles, not all of the dials have an effect). So far the GreenPan has turned out to be just an expensive panini press. Very disappointed. Someone needs to test with novice users because the instructions are woefully inadequte. Very bad.

Great ideas and potential. But poor quality.

Great Design: Ceramic, NON-teflon (PTFE) cooking surfaces. Digital controls. Removable and washable grates. Love them all. Poor build-quality: (I'm comparing it to our Breville which is built like a tank.) GreenPan has thin cheap feeling sheet-metal, display has a cheap, feel (a gentle press easily depresses and shifts the plastic), and performance of this particular unit was not working properly. Performance: Our top element wasn't heating and our waffles all came out perfectly cooked on the bottom, but almost raw on the top (see photos). Our Breville has the Teflon coating (sadly), but it cooks amazingly, feels well-built and solit.

Greenpan Waffle Maker

I had to return the waffle maker for a defect. The second one worked much better. Customer service was terrific at William Sanoma.

Best waffle iron ever!

This waffle iron is amazing! Such an upgrade from our previous model! The digital display provides for perfect customized waffles, and the plates easily remove for cleaning. Highly recommended!
