The knives feature an ultra-durable Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating that was originally created for space travel and motorsports. This gives each blade a nonstick, frictionless surface that effortlessly glides through hard and soft ingredients, and repels fats and acids to make cleanup a breeze. The all-black Hexagon Power Grip handle has a unique offset honeycomb structure for a nonslip grip that ensures safety and precision.

    • Recommended sharpening angle for standard blades is 14 ̊ per side, and for Asian-style blades (Santokus, Nakiris) is 10 ̊ per side.
