Use & Care
Use
- Always use caution when handling sharp objects.
- Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal or glass.
- It is not advisable to use any knife but a meat cleaver to cut through bone, as other blades can be easily damaged.
Care
- Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse and dry immediately.
- Maintain the knife's cutting edge by regularly using a honing steel.
- Sharpen as needed. With regular use and honing, your knife should not need sharpening more than once or twice a year.
- Sharpen knife at home using a whetstone or knife sharpener, or have it sharpened by a professional.
- Store knife in a safe place to protect its edge and prevent injury.

Just ok

I thought this was a true wusthof knife. The handle is plastic or something similar. Not a fan of it but it was for my nine year old granddaughter so I kept it.

Poor quality

I ordered this online as our Asheville store is still closed after Hurricane Helene. I’m sorry I did as it is no where near the quality of the other Wusthof knives that I purchased at the Williams Sonoma store. It was a waste of my money and because the store is closed I have no way of returning it.

Paring knife

Great little paring knife!! Was exactly what I was looking for.

not a high quality knife

not a high quality knife but not very expensive either. It is a replacement for one just like it that corroded in one of the rivets and the blade. I hope things hold up better with this one. We have a much higher quality Wustof paring knife and it too has one of the three rivets completely corroded. The other two rivets are fine and the blade is not corroded. We wash our knives by hand and never put in dishwasher. Not sure why the corrosion problems.

Just the knife I needed

This is a fantastic little paring knife that I ordered to replace another one that got mangled in the garbage disposer after years of reliable use. Best Knife in Town

I love wusthof knifes ♥️. This will be my third paring knife. I use it so much I wear out the blade. I have small hands so this fits just right for me. I use it for most everything. I have tried other knifes but none compare to wusthof!
