    Cracked and warped

Warped and cracked only 3 weeks in. Oiled it as directed, washed as recommended and still didn’t hold up even a month.

    Warped after first use

Terrible board. Warped after the first use even though I made sure to oil it first.

Both Boards Split Instantly w/ Instructed Care

Horrible product. Tried twice and each board split with instructed care. Researched which board to get for a few months and finally landed on this one, as I've always trusted and shopped at Williams Sonoma and have never had any issues with their products. The first board arrived and days after taking it out of the packaging and not even getting the change to use it, it split. All I did was remove it from the packaging and placed it on my countertop. Fortunately, they replaced it. I received my new one and oiled it the second it arrived. Never submerged it in water and only ever used lukewarm water and mild soap to clean it. It didn't even last three months before splitting and I oiled it biweekly. Extremely disappointed and hoping they'll allow me to return this product.

    Picture NOT correct!

Picture for this item is incorrect! The board I received does NOT have a juice groove! Was a big hassle to return as I was specifically seeking a board with the groove.

    Too expensive to warp

I have been waiting forever to splurge on a cutting board and I chose this one right before Thanksgiving. It is not even 20 days and it is warped so bad that it does not even sit properly on the counter. It slides everywhere as the entire thing is bowed. I have barely have used it and definitely have not gotten it very wet at all!

    No quality control

This is a beautiful board... however, we've had it for three weeks and with very little use, the board already has a massive split in it. For something that cost over $200, one would think the quality control would have been better than this.

    Not worth it

Not the quality I expected for the price I paid. It started to crack after using it for less than a month.
