Great knives

This is the fourth Shun knife I’ve purchased. They are all extremely good quality. Perfectly weighted and easy to handle. Great Knives

I now have 5 Shun knives and considering at least 2 more. Each one is an excellent knife with its own special characteristics. The latest, 6inch Classic Serrated Utility, allows me to slice veggies (ex, tomatoes, onions) super thin. The knife feels great in my hand.
