The Premiere Titanium cutlery starts with recycled steel and FSC®-certified walnut handles to minimize environmental impact. Each blade is cryogenically treated then hand sharpened and coated with titanium to deliver tough, long-lasting blades that stay sharper up to two times longer. The durable coating reduces friction for smoother, more precise cuts. This versatile santoku knife is ideal for the precision slicing of meat, fish, poultry and vegetables and its broad blade is also handy for transferring cut ingredients to a bowl or pan.

Cheaply made

While the knives are sharp and I love the sizing, the handles are not soft and the wood seems to be already splintering. I only hand wash my knives so this really shows the quality and craftsmanship, or lack of. If your looking for a cheap set for some everyday chopping, its worth it but dont be upset when they start to deteriorate.
