Global Serrated Six inch Slicer!

Another excellent Global kitchen knife! We really love it for prepping lettuce heads, slicing tomatoes and beets. Its feel is heavier than it looks, which we think makes it easy to control on the cutting board. As with all Global knives its super easy to clean because of the one piece blade and handle design.

I purchased this knife as a gift last Christmas, for our son ‘ daughter & spouses, I included myself in the group purchase. Everyone loves theirs & I reach for it very often no matter the chore. Trimming meat before cooking or after, I love this knife. Made a salad today cutting up a large head of romaine . Kept going w it, sliced radishes (small, but it works fine), dicing Avacados, slicing carrots etc. I plan to give it a wedding present.i do wish it came in a 10” or 11” as well!!
