Summary
Designed in-house by the Williams Sonoma product design team, our Elite cutlery collection combines professional-grade materials with the favorite performance features our customers have most loved over the years. World-renowned cutlery masters in Solingen, Germany, forge each blade of CrMoV15 stainless steel, which offers superior edge retention as well as resistance to chipping and corrosion. The blade's demi-bolster provides a more ergonomic grip while also allowing for full blade sharpening, and a durable POM handle feels comfortable and secure in the hand. This Japanese-style santoku is a versatile knife for chopping and slicing, and indentations on the blade edge reduce drag and minimize sticking.
- Precision forged from German CrMoV15 stainless steel that resists stains and corrosion.
- Full tang blade is triple riveted to handle for exceptional balance and control.
- Hollow-ground indentations along blade increase efficiency and decrease sticking.
- Demi-bolster facilitates honing and sharpening entire length of cutting edge.
- Durable POM handle resist moisture, heat and fading.
- A Williams Sonoma exclusive.

Better than any name brand knives! Super sharp
Incredible shape and sharpness! This Santoku feels much comfier for the grip than other brand-name knives, and I love the ever so slight curve of the blade to get that slight rocking/sliding motion. This can cut wafer-thin slices of vegetables, and does an incredible job julienning and other slicing. Love this knife, this is actually my second WS Santoku knife (bought for a present) because I love it so much. Best and highest quality Santoku that WS sells is ironically their own brand!
