    Perfect size for small tasks

    perfect size epicurean board for cutting a single piece of fruit or small task. I own the 2 larger size epicurean cutting boards with the "moat" around the perimeter to catch juices, and looked all over, in stores and online, for this smaller size in the same style. I was happy to finally find it at Williams Sonoma. I use this small one, every day, multiple times.

    Love our new cutting board from Epicurean

    I wanted a cutting board which was not plastic or glued together wood. Both are unhealthy. We came across this Epicurean board which is made of pressed paper somehow. I don’t understand it but I like it. We use it a lot and it does show scratches, but is still hard like wood. It has a groove for juices on one side and a plain side, and there are rubber feet to keep it from sliding. It works well and is large enough to cut a lot of stuff. It is strong but quite lightweight.

    Amazing dual sided cutting board

    This is the best cutting board for meats. It doesn't hold any bacteria and it is very easy to clean. The double sides are perfect for all your cutting needs and the grip pads on both sides makes it versatile enough for anything you would want to cut.

    Warps and spins like a lazy Susan after 1 use

    DO NOT BUY! It warps! It warps into a bowl shape and spins like a lazy Susan. Not only that, knife marks show up 10x more than with other “cheaper” cutting boards. I reached out to the company thinking I just got a defective one, only to be told that because of their material, it all warps. They instead told me to put weights on it to counter-warp it. This was a complete waste of money. You just can’t have a cutting board that after one use warps and spins - not safe.

    Thin, not heavy, easy to maneuver and so far not showing too many knife marks.

    Disappointing Epicurean All-In-One Cutting Board

    It warped after a few days. I did not put it in the dishwasher.
