Thin cutting board

Practical, thin cutting board. My favorite are blue, pink and purple. Easy to wash and store.

Dexas Rainbow Flex Mats

Needed a cutting mat that was low profile and didn't take up a lot of room in the dishwasher. This was a great choice - I have enough to put in our camper kitchen and they weigh next to nothing.

This was something on my nieces registry. They are nice quality but the shipping was ridiculous.

Easy to use, but…

The cutting boards are flexible. This means it’s easy to bend them and pour the cutting board contents into the pan or mixing bowl However they are flexible and bend in the dishwasher occasionally losing their resting flat shape. The mats also gouge under the knife and occasionally little bits of plastic get in the food from the board. The better your knife, the worse this effect becomes. I don’t want to eat plastic, and the rough cut edges of the scratches seem harder to clean. Therefore I use them less and less
