Summary
The Kramer by Zwilling Euroline Damascus knife collection is a collaboration with world-famous master bladesmith Bob Kramer. Each knife is hand made to Kramer's exacting standards in the legendary cutlery center of Seki, Japan. A blade core of SG2 stainless steel is Cryodur ice-hardened for scalpel-like sharpness, then enveloped in a stunning 101-layer chevron Damascus design. The triple-riveted black linen Micarta handle features a signature Bob Kramer mosaic pin. This versatile chef's knife is ideal for chopping, mincing and slicing.

Use & Care
Use
- Always use caution when handling sharp objects.
- Avoid cutting on hard surfaces, such as stone, metal and glass.
- Use wooden or plastic cutting boards.
- Do not use knife to cut frozen or semi-frozen food.
- It is not advisable to use any knife but a meat cleaver to cut through bone, as other blades can be easily damaged.
Care
- Hand-wash with warm water and mild detergent.
- Rinse and dry immediately.
- Clean immediately after cutting acidic ingredients.
- Maintain knife's cutting edge by regularly using honing steel.
- Sharpen as needed. With regular use and honing, knife should not need sharpening more than once or twice per year.
- Sharpen knife at home using whetstone or knife sharpener, or have it sharpened by a professional.
- Store knife in safe place to protect edge and prevent injury.

Beautiful functional knife
Little handle heavy but very comfortable, its a great knife so far. If the price were lower absolutely five stars. But if youre looking for a really solid statement piece that performs well, cant go wrong.

The knife is absolutely stunning and is as gorgeous to look at as it is to use. I’ve used many knives over the years and many of them hold a special place in my heart for sentimental reasons - but nothing compared to the absolute splendor that is the Kramer. It is an absolute joy to own and use and as tools go, the very best. With a little bit of care I have no doubt this knife will stay in my family for years and years to come. #win

Most Excellent Knife
This item was a gift and the beauty of the white cumulus handle is lovely and so welcome compared to all the black handles. The blade is of course amazingly sharp and makes chopping and slicing effortless. I love this new knife!

Great size and it's very sharp
