Use
- Always use caution when handling sharp objects.
- Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal or glass.
- It is not advisable to use any knife but a meat cleaver to cut through bone, as other blades can be easily damaged.
Care
- Hand-wash with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse and dry immediately.
- Maintain knife's cutting edge by regularly using a honing steel.
- Sharpen as needed. With regular use and honing, your knife should not need sharpening more than once or twice a year.
- Sharpen knife at home using a whetstone or knife sharpener, or have it sharpened by a professional.
- Store knife in a safe place to protect its edge and prevent injury.

Great quality

I love this set. I had the same paring knife and broke the tip off of it. These knives have a life time warranty. I mailed it in and the retuned was handled quickly and easily. For my replacement I got the set of scissors and paring knife. I love them, very high quality and a really nice feel to them. Highly reccommend!

Disappointing Service and Quality

I am very disappointed in both the ordering process and the product received. Wusthof is usually well made at all price points, but these items were not up to their usual quality. And I have not yet received one Wusthof knife that they said they shipped. They are not easy to work with when you pay w pay pal. It has not been a good experience.

Sharp

Sharpest pair of shears I’ve ever had in the kitchen. A perfect weight in your hands and should last for many uses. The paring knife is a great length to have handy for prepping vegetables and fruit. Great idea to combine these two highly used utensils into one package deal.

Love Wusthof kives

I loved the paring knife but my scissors keep coming apart. Once I put them back together they are great, just don’t like how they come apart.
