    Buy once; use forever

I love this knife for everyday cutting and chopping. Holds a sharpe edge for tomatoes for years. Love it so much I bought it for my son as one of his birthday gifts.

Tip broke few months after new.

Tip broke after barely used for cutting salads mostly in about 4-5 months time from new. William Sonoma left me deal with the factory and they take forever. Filing complicated paperwork, shipping on my expense to the West coast and there's no guaranties if you are getting a new knife as they can just fix the damaged one and send it back to you hoping for the best. The other knifes from the set are good. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    Work horse

My father bought me a set of 3 which included this knife as my first set of chef knives. That was 6 years ago and this little has seen it all, and has never stopped surprising me. From the build quality to the durability of the steal this knife is worth every penny. I sharpen her twice a week and she’s still going and will continue working until she brakes or no longer can hold an edge.

Fine Serrated Knife for Light Work

I bought this for my father after he expressed a desire for it. After using his, I bought one for myself. I thought it would be redundant as I already owned the Kaji Dual Density Knife, but it still gets a fair amount of use. This is a great little tomato and bun knife. It's thin blade works well for less dense products, but the extremely thin tip could easily bend if misused.
