Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Before first use, wash interior with care and dry thoroughly with kitchen towel or soft cloth.
- Always cook over moderate heat, and never heat cookware when empty.
- High heat is not recommended. Start with medium heat and reduce to lower setting when food is added.
- Do not use aerosol cooking spray oils on nonstick surface.
Care
- Allow pot to cool before washing.
- Hand-wash.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.

Excellent Little Saucepan!

Although this saucepan is to melt butter, i use it to boil a cup of water for my tea. I absolutely love it!! Very well made and very sturdy. This saucepan replaced my old one and I'm so glad I stumbled upon this kittle gem. Thanks Williams Sonoma!!@

A treat!

It's easy on the wrist, and so cute sitting on the stove top. I melted butter in it - for brownies because I could not wait to use it. All it took was a soapy sponge and a few swipes to rinse and clean it.

Great little pan!

I have the older version of this, but it is handle heavy and would not work on a gas stove because of the grates. This is much better— perfect for melting butter or heating up some chai tea. It is not a “must have” but it is very nice to have. I gave one to each of my daughters for Christmas. They all love it.

Godd little pan

Ver useful small pan. For a small amount of soup, to melt butter...

Great for making breakfast oatmeal.

My wife has been searching (seems forever) for a replacement 1/2 qt. non-stick pot for making her morning oatmeal. This one was literally the only one we could find (other than some stainless steel versions), it seemed a bit pricey but it's well worth it. No more difficult scrubbing off residue oatmeal, the non stick coating works great. Very even heat and well made. Would purchase again.

Better than the microwave!

This pan is the perfect size for melting butter for a recipe. I much prefer it to melting in the microwave where it has a tendency to splatter.

This little saucepan is heavy duty, pretty (the handle shines), and has already survived an accidental burning of sugar water!

Great little pan for melting butter, heating up a small amount of leftovers or making a single or double service of sauce. So glad I purchased it!

Excellent plan.

Pan is well made and does its job. Clean up is easy with the non stick finish. It's just the right size to do a can of red beans.
