    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe.
    • Each time you use pan, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.

    Care

    • Hand-wash, dry and rub with cooking oil. A little soap is welcome.
    • Store in dry location.

    Great Pan

    I like it because it's lighter than cast iron skillets I have had in the past. It works well as long as you rub oil into the pan after each use. It's going to be one of my forever pans.

    The label was glued on to the inside of the frying pan. Why would they glue the label to the INSIDE of the frying pan? The glue left a spot on the surface of the pan that would not wash off. I returned the pan.

    Cooks chicken perfectly

    I had tried Lodge cast iron skillets in the past and didn't like them - too heavy and I couldn't clean them with soap. This skillet is so much better!! The lighter weight and conveniently pre-seasoned pan was much easier for me to use. And it cooked the chicken breasts perfectly! They were nicely seared on the outside and moist on the inside. I'm impressed, and look forward to trying other recipes with this skillet. Oh, and it cleaned up well using a scrubber and a teeny bit of dish soap.

    Pan was not pre-seasoned. I made a pan pizza with 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. The entire pizza stuck to the pan. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

    Food sticks, the surface is not smooth. I’m thinking of returning it.

    Poor packaging

    I like the quality of the product, but the very first thing I had to do with it was re-season it due to the packaging. The glue ripped off a chunk of the seasoning.
