Too high priced for the quality received

I think that the tea set itself has a nice design and fits well with my white/black/gold granite countertops but overall I think that it is over priced for the quality I received. Most of the items I received had one or more spots that were missing the gold portion. It was kind of like receiving factory seconds and not a high quality tea set. And to top it off you also have to pay for shipping which adds another 10% on to the purchase price that you won't get back if you take this back to the store. In total, too high of a price for the semi-defective set you'll get. I'd expect this from a cheap set bought elsewhere but for this price the set should have been flawless.

Beautiful Tea set

The tea pot is the right size to hold enough tea for the 4 cups. I love the flower and bee pattern. The sugar and creamer are perfect.

Beautiful, good quality set

Beautiful set of a nice quality. I haven't used yet but the cups are a little shorter and broader than I realized from the pics and I find this shape tends to make the tea cool too quickly. Hopefully it will be fine. I'd also have preferred a sugar bowl lid with the gap that allows for a spoon to be kept in the bowl but that's a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, I had a lot of trouble finding a good quality set that had all the components (teapot, cups and saucers, milk jug, sugar bowl) and that mixed elegant, sophisticated but modern and not too ornate. So I'm really happy with this set overall!

Disappointing service

Tea set is really nice, I appreciate the design and manufacturing. However WS's delivery time and price are not very appealing. For the price they sell their stuff, they probably can do better. I only go to WS as my last resort. Would go much more if they were a little bit more accommodating.
