    Blue carbon Crepe pan

The BEST Crepe pan everrrr! I made a whole bunch over the weekend and it was never easier to do so over the years. Non-stick, easy to flip, no issues with burnt pan like I’ve had in the past with other pans. The only thing I would change is that the handle is not covered and gets hot and hard to handle with bare hands. Otherwise love it!

Too thin to conduct heat evenly

Doesn’t conduct heat evenly at all — every pancake is only half-cooked on my largest burner, with the outer edges raw and uncolored.

    Are we eating non-stick surfaces?

I was happy with the first several times I made crepes, but then about the fourth time l made crepes, they stuck so badly, l couldn't remove them without destroying them. After soaking with baking soda and hot water, batter was still stuck. Not thinking, l put it into the dishwasher, but not on high heat. About 10% of the non-stick surface has washed off. The pan is unsafe for use.

Seasoned the pan about five times but batter keeps getting stuck to the pan. Can't return the pan because it is not eligible for return. Total waste of money.

    Good crepes

I just got this pan, we cook crepes a lot. It only needs a very small amount of oil, not a lot, and on low heat is better than medium heat, for example I put on 2 out of 8 heat levels. I did season it before I used it. I only used it first time today, and it worked fine.

    High Quality Smaller Crepe Pan

I never made crepes before, but I optimistically purchased this smaller crepe pan, because it fit onto my small electric stove surface. With a recipe from my next door neighbor, I cooked about 15 almost perfect crepes! They were eaten within minutes! Very happy with the quality!

    Terrible Product

It’s a horrible product. The food sticks with lots of oil and it doesn’t cook well. Also got rusted after one use.

    Nice but uneven heat distribution

Heat distribution is very poor and uneven. Burned in center while raw on outside even after allowing to heat for 5 minutes.

    Great Crepe Pan

We love this crepe pan, it helps make the best crepes. We also ordered the wooden crepe spatula which I would not recommend, as it is too thick. But the pan is great and I would highly recommend.

    Surface is easily chipped.

The surface chipped before I used it once so I returned it.
