Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks. Do not use with other types of metal utensils, such as forks and knives.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for best results.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed or approx. every 5 years.

Induction All-Clad pot

My All-Clad Induction pot works great, cleans well and looks great. I find it cooks well with my induction cook top and cleans very easily. Although I can use dish washer I don’t to maintain the insides durability. Great pot with very nice handle.

Replacement

I purchased this sauce pan as a replacement. It is substantially lighter in weight compared to my 30 year old, discontinued Calphalon Commercial Non-stick. Clean up has been a breeze.

The One I've Been Looking For

Great pan. I bought it a month ago. The bottom heats evenly. I've used it several times and there are no heat marks on the bottom after each use. Nonstick surface is intact. No sign of wear. It's super easy to clean with a tiny bit of dish soap and a quick wipe of the sponge. I have a gas stove and never turn it up above medium heat on my nonstick pans. I've spent thousands of dollars over the years on cookware only to be disappointed with their performance and tossed them after less than a year. A minor quibble is that the saucepan is VERY slow to bring to a boil (which can sometimes be a good thing). I'm very happy with my All-Clad and regret I hadn't bought them sooner. I'm going to replace every pan I have with All-Clad.
