Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- Use plastic, nylon, silicone or wooden utensils to avoid scratching nonstick surface.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing to maintain longevity.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed or approx. every 5 years.

All-Clad Pro non-stick fry pan set

Well, I'm really a big fan of cast iron cookware but needed something light ease and durable and these All-Clad are exceptional with all that I have had occasion to use them.

Non-stick Coating Issues

Non-stick 12" worked well for a while until the coating began to bubble and flake around the edges. All-Clad considers this "normal wear and use" (i.e., using the lid) and will not honor their limited lifetime warranty. Purchase another option. Too expensive of a product if All-Clad will not warrant.

Great non stick pans for gas, induction or oven. These can be put in the dishwasher as well.

Just right for one

The smaller pan was what I was needing for just a few eggs, small burgers, perfectly cooked. Clean-up was simple and quick. The pair was priced just a bit more than one alone, another plus. I gifted the larger one to a good friend for her chef/husband. He loved it as well.

Perfect non-stick!

I have just used them a few times, but nothing sticks. Clean up in a snap and I really like that the 8” has higher sides than my previous pan.

All-Clad not for us

All Clad is a very popular brand but does not wear well and becomes ruined with high heat or just with time. I do not recommend this brand.
