- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching enamel surface.

The perfect pan

Love this pan for daily easy cooking. Perfect size, and shape - the sloped edges and extra depth makes it great for stovetop to oven transition.

Perfect everyday pan for 1-3 people.

I’m not someone who typically uses one pan for cooking and I want be able to put most items in the dishwasher. Still, this has become my go to pan for cooking and hand washing it is a breeze. I purchased the glass lid from Le Creuset (I highly recommend) and I use a “chain mail” cast iron scrubber for cleaning (no soap). The chain mail scrubber looks like a chain mail washcloth. The pin is much lighter than the cast-iron braiser, so it is a comfortable weight for daily use.

As perfect as I had hoped

Just what I needed...perfect size, easy to use, easy clean up....with just two of us, I no longer need the huge pan. It works as well as I had expected...it works quite nicely.

Phenomenal Skillet

Love the pan for size and shape, but quality of enamel was disappointing. Flaws that are very noticeable to me around the rim. I'm sorry that I did not return it.

Great add to kitchen!

I already have the braiser & the 6.75 wide-round so I never thought I would need or want this. I held out for a year, not buying it, but when the sale hit $110, I bought the meringue... because it was being discontinued. I'm super glad I did! It is a very useful piece. Love the black interior and it looks clean & classic. I use my soup pot size 28 lid. It looks perfect, is useful, and I love it 🤍.

Food sticks - pass on this one

I’ve tried using this pan a few times now and food always sticks. It destroyed fish filets because of this and was very hard to clean. I even used grapeseed oil and have seasoned the pan like a cast iron. Just terrible, do not recommend. Too expensive not to function properly and consistently.
