Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks. Do not use with other types of metal utensils, such as forks and knives.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for best results.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed or approx. every 5 years.

Perfect Versatile Pan

I buy this pan for new house or apartment gifts. It's a perfect pan for meat that I sear on top of stove then place in the oven to finish it off. Holds up excellent and its the perfect size that I buy for housewarming gifts - appreciated buy all who receive it.

Al Clad pan does not work in induction stove top

Does not work on Induction stove top and the store said all All-Clad pan work on induction stoves. I tried to exchange it for a pan that would work and was told I had to get an in store refit by email and it would take 30-40 minutes. So I picked out another pan and waited 45 minutes and still no text. Two day later I was informed that I would get aim store credit and it would arrive in two weeks. Week three and I still don’t have it! And they wonder why we think Amazon is easier?

Not a long lasting pan

At first very impressed with this. After a month maybe 2 found that the nonstick was wearing off in the middle of the griddle. We were even coating the pan before use. So unfortunately haven't used this pan in about a year. Now it's time to grill inside & have resorted to another pan. Not very Happy especially considering how much we paid. The griddle is now a dust collector in the under cabinet.

Best grill pan

This pan is wonderful for grilling indoors. I have no space for grilling outside. Everything tastes delicious!

Great Grill!

Terrific grill for getting great grill marks on steaks, fish, chicken or burgers! I wipe the grill initially with canola oil, even though the grill is nonstick. Set the cooktop on medium - medium high & in a few minutes after the grill heats up, put your food in. Wonderful grill marks! Grill pan cleans up nicely using a nylon brush & some grease cutting detergent.

A Must Have

A must have pan. It is even nicer than I thought. Is medium weight and nonstick but grills steaks and burgers in excellent manner. Great quality, i highly recommend.

Great gill pan

This is a great gill pan. I love that i can prep on the stove and then place in the oven. Creates great gill lines and is exceptionally easy to clean.

Exactly what I wanted

Easy to use, easy to clean. I was looking for griddle to use especially when not grilling outside. The size is great for 4 typical sized pieces of chicken. If cooking larger amounts you’ll want something bigger.
