    Use

    • Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.

    • Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the stainless-steel lining.
    • Do not use knives, sharp kitchen tools or an electric hand mixer in your cookware, as they may scratch lining.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before washing.
    • Hand-wash recommended.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
    • To remove stubborn food residue, fill cookware with small amount of water and place over low heat until food is softened and easily removed.
    • Cookware may discolor if not completely cleaned before reheating. To remove discolored areas, rub with a cloth dampened with lemon juice or white vinegar, or use a high-quality nonabrasive stainless-steel cleaner.

    Great versatile fry man for everyday use!

    Great pan. I can't figure out what so many people on this post complain about staining and sticking. I don't find either to be the case. Any white marks of discoloration are easily removed with Bar Keeper's Friend. If you heat the pan correctly the food will not stick. This is a great pan. I like the size and I use my regularly and and even thinking of purchasing a second one. I waffled back a forth between the D3 and D5 lines, but after some research I found many home cooks very satisfied with D3 line. Has the high quality and performance you'd expect from All Clad. Invest in this pan. You will not be disappointed.

    My heart took flight!

    I have owned and used the same set of All-Clad cookware for 30+ years. Several years ago my daughter in love urned up my 10” skillet. I limped along and then saw this 12” skillet! My heart took flight! It is so perfect. How did I manage with a 10” skillet?

    Bottom of pan all stainless steel came off

    This should be replaced by all clad. 12 inch frypan all stainless steel came off bottom of pan for no reason totally disclored

    Cheap Product

    This fry pan is inferior to the all-clad I bought a few years back. They don't have the quality and weight anymore. I am disappointed and annoyed at having to pay exorbitant price for cheap product.

    Handle is not adequate for weight of the skillet

    My first All Clad purchase and I'm sorry to say that I'm not impressed. The handle is thin, oddly shaped and uncomfortable to hold. It is not designed to adequately support the size and weight of the skillet. I believe that based on all of the positive reviews that the quality of the steel must be good and I like that it's made in the USA, but I personally cannot cook with it. And why is it so hard to find lids for the various sizes of pans and skillets? Doesn't a world reknown cookware company realize that most cooking requires lids. Their website had very little to offer. I'll pass on All Clad.
