- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approximately every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and Bar Keepers Friend cleanser.

Non stick Scanpans

We’ve had many of the better pots and pans and found that Scanpan is more durable and their quality is excellent. It’s made of high quality steel which works well with our induction stove top. We chose the nonstick pots and pans which last a lot longer then our previous non stick pots and pans.

Worth the investment

Love the set! I use a gas stove and found that starting with a lower heat on the fry pans to get a sense of how they heat, then adjust as needed. Nice even heating. Minimal oil necessary. Overall great quality…glad we made the purchase

Quality Well Worth the Price

This set of pans is one of the more expensive options on the market, but there is a good reason for that. They are very high quality in terms of their construction, their non-stick performance, and their cooking performance. The pans are a bit heavier than other sets, but that additional weight reflects their superior durability. I’ve only had the set for about a month at this point, so it remains to be seen how long the non-stick coating will last compared to other brands. For now, I’m trusting other reviews that indicate it can last a decade or more with proper care. But, this set of pans is, without question, the finest cookware that I’ve ever owned or used. It is worth the price.

Great looking set. However, the large lid came dented, and I was asked to return the entire set to get a new lid.

Excellent cookware

Very impressed with this cookware. Heat is incredibly uniform. Cookware it Brown’s wonderfully. Easily clean. Love the long handles. So far so good!

Love the scanpans!

We purchased two scanpans for the nonstick surface mostly for eggs. After using both for just about everything, we bought this set. So far, we love them. My only complaints are that the pasta insert doesn’t sit quite deep enough, and a lack of warranty for such a pricey set. Other than that, they’ve been great! We would purchase again.

Material issues

I purchased our set and while it worked well for some time, I’ve noticed the frying pans are no longer non-stick and now everything sticks unless I use a lot of oil. Also our smaller pot also has small bumps that prevent me from using it anymore.
