Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Use low or medium heat setting for most cooking. When searing meat, poultry and fish, use medium-high heat initially, but once pan is hot and food is added, lower heat.
- Oven safe to 500°F; glass lids are oven safe to 425°F.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Do not plunge hot pan into cold water.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Use only recommended nonstick cleaning pads on nonstick surfaces.
- Avoid using metal pads, abrasive pads and abrasive cleaners.

We bought this set because friends have it and love it. They are extremely durable, dishwasher safe and still retained their non-stick properties after almost 2 years (when we bought it)

Excellent product - highly recommend

Pots and pans work very well on an induction cooktop. Water boils very quickly and heat distribution is even throughout the surface of the pot and pan making contact to the cooktop. There is no need to use high settings with an induction range. Bottom of the pots and pans do not discolor either. Cleanup is very easy. We use paper towels shortly after the pots or pans or emptied from food and the interior wipes clean very easily. There is no need to place into a dishwasher. product dry s very quickly after washing and rinsing with h9ot water. Well worth the price and the best nonstick cookware we have ever bought and used.

Worth the price, could use more sizes

Excellent product. Only concern is the attachment of the knobs to the lids, I can foresee a point where the silicone grommet and/or the hardware will fail eventually. I wish there was a 1qt or 1.5qt saucepan available. Also, a double boiler or steamer insert would be nice.

Best non-stick set I've ever owned

These pots are very well made and incredibly durable. Totally worth the cost for the quality. I've had several nonstick sets over the years because they always end up needing replaced and this is by far the best. I see these lasting way longer than anything you'd find at a department store.
