Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks. Do not use with other types of metal utensils, such as forks and knives.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for best results.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed or approx. every 5 years.

It passed the test!

I have only used this 2 times but I am very happy with it. My last pan I ordered online was a name brand but warped the first time I used it. It would be flat when cool but would look like a potato chip when heated. I was looking for one that clearly stated it was not warp. So far this has worked as advertised. I can say that everything I have gotten from your company has worked as advertised. Just wished it wasn’t so expensive.

So Many Great Uses!

I love this skillet! I have used it for many recipes……it is wonderful for making Quesadillas because the pan is large enough to lay the tortilla out completely flat and filling it with cheese and fillings. Of course it is great for making 4 or 5 pancakes at once, for making 4 large burgers, for sautéing meat and vegetables. So many uses. Nothing sticks and so easy to clean. I love it!!!
