    Summary

    We teamed up with the nonstick cookware innovators at Napa Valley-based Hestan to create our Thermo-Clad™ Hard Anodized collection. Designed in-house and made to our exact specifications, the top-tier pans are built for maximum heat efficiency and durability. Tri-ply layering incorporates a premium nonstick finish, a hard-anodized aluminum body and a nonstick coating inside and out that allows low-fat cooking, easy release and quick cleanup. The double-burner griddle offers an expansive surface to cook for a crowd – from pancakes, eggs and sausages for breakfast to burgers, sandwiches and quesadillas for lunch or dinner.

    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
    • Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
    • Before first use, wash interior with care and dry thoroughly with kitchen towel or soft cloth.
    • Always cook over moderate heat, and never heat cookware when empty.
    • High heat is not recommended. Start with medium heat and reduce to lower setting when food is added.
    • Do not use aerosol cooking spray oils on nonstick surface.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before washing.
    • Hand-wash.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
    • Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser.

    Zero Stars - Not Durable

    I’ve now gone through two of these pans - both ended with the surface flaking off. I use Williams Sonoma plastic utensils and hand wash. They are just not great labs :(

    Hot handles.

    It's almost perfect. Only issue is with the handles. These do get hot.

    Griddle Master

    This product is exactly what I needed. Got a new stove with a griddle bridge. The space on the stovetop is minimal, so there were not many griddle options I could fine with the optimal length. Not only is the length and width optimal, the handles are short for storage purposes, and the nonstick works well. Highly recommended.

    The griddle is fine. I purchased it as a wedding gift. I was very disappointed when I completed the transaction and was billed for shipping!

    This is the second time we’ve had this grill. We love it. We had a larger one in between and prefer this grill.

    Happy with this griddle

    Arrived on time and works well. It's a little smaller than my free-standing electric griddle, but I'll make do. It fits well on my GE stovetop.
