Very attractive cookware set . Let's see if it wou

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice weight and balance. Cleaning it was so quick. My concern is how it would be later on . I feel like the coating can degrade and start to stick after 6-12 months of daily use. Looking forward to see how it would be with searing meats. They are dishwasher safe, metal utensil safe, and oven safe. So worth it

The best non-stick fry pans for the money.

I've been through several non-stick fry pans through the years with mixed results. These GreenPan fryers are easily the best pans I've ever used and I'm extremely pleased in their performance, heat distribution, non-stick surface and ultra-easy clean-up. I highly recommend this set for the serious cook, wow, they are as good as they say they are.

ideal versatility and non-stick

Had these pans for a few weeks now and they are excellent! They work great with induction stoves (other supposed induction compatible pans did not work well). They also sear and brown very well but so far have been completely non stick. They are heavy, well made, heat evenly and can handle tomato sauce - something that cast iron, carbon steel, aluminum or copper pans are not good for. These have been an ideal combination of versatility and non-stick performance.

Wish I bought the 10 pc set

Pans are great! Just wish I had jumped in with both feet and bought the 10 pc set right away, rather than buying just the 2 larger frying pans.

Great quality and functionality; lacking some lids

These pans really are nonstick, at least in the first few weeks of mild use. I did notice that grease stuck to one after cooking at relatively high heat, and I had to use a special solution to remove it. Otherwise, cleaning is a breeze. I also appreciate the lack of rivets on the inside of the pans, making cleaning easier. I also like the shape of the handles, and the pans feel heavy in a quality way. I do worry about the chrome finish discoloring over time. The only major downsides for me are the lack of lids for the frypans (GreenPan doesn't make Spectra lids in those sizes), as well as the inconsistent availability of the Spectra line (some items have gone in and out of availability on the site, disappearing altogether and sometimes coming back, which is confusing). Finally, I don't like that they are made in China for transportation carbon footprint and geopolitical reasons.

Great pans

These pans are wonderful as far as the non-stick feature goes. They are really good quality from what we have experienced so far. The handle closer to the pan gets a little warm after cooking, but is fine from the middle to end. Will definitely be buying more.

Great skillets that look good too!

I’ve literally had my eye on these for a while & so I was so excited to receive them!!! I love the fact that Greenpan uses better materials that are safer for my family. These skillets are awesome so far. We used them immediately. I fried chicken cutlets & they heated up well and didn’t burn at all. I am excited to try other meals in these. I plan to buy several more pieces. They’re also so pretty!

Fantastic pan

I use this pan almost daily and I LOVE it. I use to use ceramic pans but the ceramic stuff would chip off around the rim. Doesn’t happen with this pan because the rim is stainless steel. Love I can use any utensil. And also love the fact the inside is smooth — the bolts attaching the handle can’t be seen making the whole pan entirely smooth — so easy to clean!
