Use & Care
Use
- Before first use, hand-wash with warm, soapy water.
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Use low to medium heat for best performance. High heat is rarely needed.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F (lid is safe to 425°F).
- To protect nonstick coating, avoid prolonged empty heating or rapid temperature changes.
- Safe for use with metal utensils. However, we recommend using wood, silicone or plastic utensils to maintain appearance over time.
- Avoid using nonstick sprays, which can degrade coating.
Care
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Hand-wash.
- Avoid using steel wool, abrasive cleaners and harsh scouring pads.
- Dry thoroughly before storing.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.

Food does not stick and easy to clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Green pan makes incredible pots and pans that distribute heat evenly, can cook a variety of different foods and are durable! They are also easy to clean which is amazing! You no longer have to use extra elbow grease. I also like how they include quick tips on the pan, I’m guilty of not reading information that’s added to boxes so this makes it easy!

Best frying pan!

It has easily become my favorite go to frying pan! It is a true nonstick pan free of all the bad chemicals you don’t want in your cookware! It heats up quickly and cooks evenly. Surface is flat so it helps to keep your oils or anything else from running to the sides. I have used both silicone and metal utensils with no problems. Clean up takes no time and it comes out looking new every time! I highly recommend this pan!
