Use & Care
Care
- Hand-wash with small amount of soap.
- If needed, use pan scraper to remove stuck-on food.
- To remove stubborn food residue, simmer small amount of water in pan for 3–5 minutes, then use pan scraper after pan has cooled.
- Dry promptly and thoroughly with lint-free cloth or paper towel. It is normal for black seasoning residue to appear on towel.
- After each use, rub very light layer of cooking oil or seasoning spray onto surface of cookware. Use paper towel to remove any residue.
- For best results, use Lodge Cast Iron Care Kit (sold separately).

Not non stick

Not non stick+, even w ghee in the pan. Very disappointed!

FRUSTRATION

was very disappointed in the ordering process. I had the items all set, paid for and were to be shipped. I found out the address that was on the order was wrong as was the name I gave the person. It was supposedly corrected; however, it was not and I called back to correct it, which it wasn't. I also was shipped one of the items instead of it going to the right address, as there were two that were to go together. I called again, and after the third person it was sent to the right address. However, I was still sent one of the items, as you can see, and am expected to ship it back before the refund. I don't understand how it got so messed up. I wonder if there is any compensation?

Great Value

Great Value! Retains heat like magic. This pan stays HOT for minutes after taken off fire. Very even heat.

Disappointed in "seasoned " skillet. Surface is rough.

Cute little skillet

I love the size of this little skillet for cooking my eggs, but it’s still new and not totally seasoned yet. The food sticks and is hard to get off when cleaning. I’m coating with oil after each use so I think I have to be patient.
