    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe.
    • With every use, apply thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.

    Care

    • Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
    • Dry thoroughly and apply small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while pan is still warm.
    • Store in dry location.

    Perfect size for 2-3 large servings

    Looked hard for this size 12" as it was hard to find. But so worth the work. Love this Wok! The size if perfect for two or three large servings. I didn't think I'd like the handle but now I can't imagine not having it.
