Cute Knobs for all your Staub pots!

Poor Order Fulfillment

Ordered the fish knob for my Staub cocotte, received the snail. The system won't let me return or exchange, as the fish knob "hasn't been shipped", or is "outside the return window" immediately after I received the snail. ?? There is no longer a brick & mortar store near me to return the snail to. Not what I ordered, least favorite of the knobs, but I'll keep it as I don't want to pay for return shipping.
