Use
- Safe for use with metal utensils; silicone/wood utensils recommended.
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
- Do not season pan.
- Use low to medium heat.
- To prolong life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oil such as safflower oil, corn oil or refined olive oil. Never let oil smoke or burn.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil (regular olive oil is acceptable); carbonized buildup will develop over time, causing food to stick.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe. However, to maintain durability of nonstick surface, we recommend hand-washing with soft sponge in hot, soapy water.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and exterior stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.

BIG, too big for day to day use

Only used twice thus far. Construction seems good. Non-stick as well but time will tell. Love the “V” shaped rack stabilizing whatever roast. Altho the size is great for a huge Xmas bird; it’s too big for day to day use; like to see it about 33% smaller (or at least make one as an option). Something that could handle a decent size pork roast or a large turkey breast (9-11lb). This is too heavy and clunky, hard to store.

Scratched

I was disappointed after using one time, the rack seemed to have scratched the bottom finish. It’s beautiful brand new. I was misled by the sales associate.

Never received it

I ordered this just after the Thanksgiving holiday and received a saucepan instead. The rep on the phone set up the return/exchange but I haven't seen anything since I returned it through the UPS store on Dec 13. It still isn't showing scanned in even though I have the receipt from dropping it off. Been over two weeks. Frustrating to have to take the time to call in again. Definitely not going to do this again with Williams Sonoma. Missed roasting my Christmas turkey because of it. Had to find something else to cook.

Nice roasting pan

Easy clean up, non toxic. Comes with roasting grate. I do love the GreenPan with it’s ceramic coating, you don’t have to worry about toxic chemicals leaking into your food.

I'm a better cook with this roaster

I thought that I made a good roast chicken before getting this pan, but I've reached a whole new level. Beyond cooking my chicken and vegetables to a perfect consistency, this pan is incredibly easy to clean. I use to put a good hour into soaking my old roaster, scrubbing it with barkeep, then finally conceding to another little blemish. I was very sad when I dropped and accidently broken the old one -- alot of love and maintenance went into it. But this greenpan roaster has been a worthwhile replacement that has really made me look like a better cook.

Quality pan, with eco-benefits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roasting pan is large, well designed, well made and environmentally friendly. It's on the expensive side, but clearly built to last and therefore likely to be more economical in the end. The v-shaped rack is such a simple and great idea (turkeys, beef joints, ... won't roll) that it's hard to understand why more pans aren't made like this.

great roaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of this Greenpan Premiere roaster. It worked great for my Thanksgiving trial run. My turkey came out excellent. I cleaned with warm soapy water with ease. It has a great design and looks stylish too. I put potatoes under the rack and even made gravy in the pan. Everything tasted delicious. This is a heavy roaster and seems durable too.
