Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe up to 500°F.
- For best results use low to medium heat.
- When using high heat, bring your pan slowly to a high temperature.
- Use plastic, wood or nylon utensils only; metal utensils may damage the enamel.
- Enamel may chip or crack if banged against a hard surface.
- Handles and knobs can become very hot. Always use pot holder or glove when handling.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Stubborn stains can be removed by soaking your pot for a few minutes in hot, soapy water.
- Completely dry pan before storing.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents, bleach or abrasive cleaners.

A Beautiful Piece of Cookware

Heavy Duty cocotte and absolutely gorgeous on the stove and on display! Always wash by hand and pay attention to the handle. Matches the little stoneware and looks so nice on my shelf with my other Staub pieces. A splurge for sure but certainly worth it!

TOMATO COCOTTE

This dutch oven is perfection! I purchased it knowing that it would probably have visual imperfection, but it had none (unless I would consider one tiny portion, inside the lid, that has a slightly more accentuated roughness, but I won't because the inside is not supposed to be smooth anyway). So, perfect. The way these dutch ovens cook... The design, the color of this tomato. Gorgeous. Thank you, Zwilling!
