Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
Care
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Hand-wash.
- Dry immediately with soft cloth.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents, bleach and abrasive cleaners.
- To remove stubborn food residue, use non-scratching scrub sponge and fine-powdered or soft cleanser.
- Copper will develop a rich patina over time. This will not affect performance or durability.
- To keep exterior looking new, periodically use copper polish or solution of lemon and salt.
