    Use & Care

    Use

    • Heat resistant to 660°F.
    • For use on gas and charcoal grills.
    • To prolong life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oils such as safflower oil, corn oil or refined olive oil.
    • Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil; carbonized buildup will develop over time, causing food to stick.
    • Do not use metal utensils on nonstick surface. We recommend using plastic, rubber or wooden utensils to prolong life of cookware.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before washing.
    • Hand-wash.
    • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • Stubborn food residue and stains on exterior can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
