Improved my Cooking

Not compatible with my electric range

I trust the Nordic Ware brand, so I ordered the Heat Diffuser for my clay pot. When it arrived in the mail, the instructions stated that this item could not be used on an electric Glass Top stove. I was disappointed and had to return it.

Game Changer

I bought two of these diffusers. My friend is notorious for burning things and I make lots of steps and soups. It does a wonderful job of eliminating hot spots in the pot. The overall quality is great. The aluminum is fairly stout and I will be using this frequently moving forward.

A HUGE HELP FOR ME!

I use these on my stove almost daily. I have a gas stove, and all the burners are large, and I cook for 2 people. My stove cooks very fast so burning food can happen in a matter of minutes. These diffusers are safe so I can leave the stove to do something else with piece of mind. Nothing gets burned.

Heat diffuser

I was hoping it would prevent hot spots, preventing scorch marks making homemade chocolate pudding. I whisked the pudding while it was cooking on the heat diffuser, the whole time, but it still a scorch mark. I will say it looks nice on the grid on my black gas oven stove. Please respond to my review.

WONDERFUL PRODUCT

Love this Diffuser. It really keeps the high heat controlled on my gas range when using my saucepans and large pots. It doesn't burn the food inside. Great product recommended by Rachael Ray via email.
