Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- To season after each use, clean pan and apply thin layer of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while still warm.
- Handles can become very hot. Always use potholders or gloves when handling.
Care
- Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
- Dry thoroughly and season with vegetable oil.
- Store in dry location.

non stick not great on smaller pan

The large lone was great. EVERYTHING stuck to the middle sized one even with spray oil. A nightmare to clean and re-season.

Excellent Pans From Lodge

I did not buy this set here on Williams Sonoma. I bought the pans individually. Two I purchased online and one from retail. My 10" pan has two ruff spots but it cooks fine. The 8" and the 12" are perfect. The pans come with the classic Lodge surface. But as you use them they get smoother. The curved sides are really nice sliding food. I like the longer handles of these pans compared to the standard Lodge pans. Makes them easier to maneuver around. They are noticeably lighter too.
